Unity Cookie:  Start with the Lunar Landing Tutorials.  These are a great set of tutorials that teach a new person how to start doing the a basic game project with all of its parts.  I think it is around 8 videos long.  You should not tackle a big project when you are first learning.  It is the biggest mistake that people new to game development make.

3D Buzz has a ton of excellent tutorials to get you going and learning along with some complex game development topics and even better its taught in the best of the 3 languages for unity C#.

Burgzerg Arcade is an excellent programmer.  Honestly he is probably the best out of all of the people doing the training videos I have seen.  He is not so good at explaining or teaching however.  So you need to get a solid understanding else where before tackling his videos.  After you finish with the others it is well within your best interest to come back and hit his tutorials up for programming done right.
